Handling instructions
Our jewelry is made from silver 925 (sterling silver). While it is a material that tends to cause fewer allergic reactions, please be aware that individual reactions may vary, and some people might still experience allergies. If you experience any allergic symptoms, please stop using the jewelry immediately and consult a dermatologist. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any reactions that occur in such cases.
If you are concerned about metal allergies or have a severe allergy, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before making a decision.
Additionally, all of Lalamo Jewelry's products are handcrafted. As such, some items may have a deliberately rough finish or a matte texture. We hope you understand and appreciate the unique character of these items. Since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations between the same products. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this.
Furthermore, some items are made delicately. Applying excessive force or pulling on them may result in damage. Please handle them with care to avoid any breakage.
Silver 925
Silver 925 is a soft material, so please handle it with care. It is generally resistant to rust, but if sweat or oils from the skin come into contact with it, it may tarnish or experience slight discoloration. After use, it is recommended to clean it with a commercially available silver polishing cloth.
Stones and Pearls
Products made with stones or pearls are generally one-of-a-kind. Even within the same type of stone or pearl, the patterns and colors may vary, allowing you to enjoy a unique piece of jewelry. Additionally, the appearance of the stones may change depending on the lighting, so there may be slight differences in color between the photographs and the actual product. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter. Please note that it is not possible to request specific patterns or colors in advance.
Ring Size
Please be sure to check the size before purchasing. Size exchanges cannot be made after purchase. Additionally, please note that the sizing may vary depending on the item. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Policy
【For Customers in the Netherlands】
1.Shipping Area
We offer shipping to all regions within the Netherlands.
Please note that additional delivery time may be required for certain remote islands and rural areas.
2. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via POST NL.
3. Shipping Fee
- Flat rate: €4.25 (incl. VAT) for up to 500g
- Free shipping on orders over €150
Additional charges may apply depending on the total weight of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding made-to-order items).
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or busy seasons.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your parcel on the carrier’s website.
6. Missed Delivery / Refusal of Package
- In the case of long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, the cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- If the package is not claimed within the carrier’s holding period, it may be treated as a canceled order (a refund will be issued minus shipping fees).

- Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding made-to-order items).
- Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or busy seasons.
- Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks from the shipping date.
- Additional delays may occur due to customs procedures or local delivery conditions.
Please note that weather and natural events may also cause delays.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your parcel on the carrier’s website.
6. Missed Delivery / Refusal of Package
- In the case of long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, the cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Orders shipped outside of EU countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These taxes and fees may be charged to the customer in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
The product price does not include consumption tax or customs duties
Payment of Duties and Taxes
Any customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.
The courier may collect these fees directly at the time of delivery.
Shipping Delays Due to Customs
In some cases, customs processing may cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Undelivered Packages
If you refuse to pay the customs fees or fail to receive the package, the item may be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund the product price minus the shipping cost and any return fees incurred.

Return and Refunds
Returns and refund are generally not accepted after purchase. However, we will accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- If the product is defective
- If an incorrect product was delivered
*Our jewelry is handcrafted, slight distortions, small spot or rough textures are part of its unique charm. Please note that returns are accepted for these characteristics.
Returns or refund can only be processed if you contact us via the inquiry form within 3 days of receiving the product. Please ensure that you attach a photo of the product when you contact us. If there is an issue with the product, please provide a photo of the defective part, and after staff review, we will determine whether a return or exchange is appropriate. Please note that we cannot accept returns or refund if we are not contacted within 3 days of delivery.
Changes in size or color cannot be accommodated, so please ensure that you confirm the size and color before placing your order.
